Welcome to the
PLF:30 Celebrating God's Future History Forum!!!

This year marks the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation's 30th birthday and 30 years of service to the Pittsburgh community.

During these 30 years, PLF has offered over 60 different initiatives with the goal of making Pittsburgh a city "famous for God." Over 50 of those initiatives have spun-off to be freestanding programs or are now operating within other organizations. For example: East Liberty Health Center, Garfield Jubilee Housing, Saltworks Theatre Company, World Vision's International Distribution Center, and the Union Project. Also, in 2007 alone, PLF partnered with 389 different organizations and engaged 3,225 leaders in order to serve 10,250 men, women, and children in the Pittsburgh community.

So, if you were one of those 10,250 people served, or one of the 3,225 leaders who have come alongside PLF, or work for one of the 389 different organizations who have partnered with the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation this year--or ever--please, celebrate with us.

To celebrate, we are collecting stories which illustrate how God has been working through the PLF these past 30 years to impact our city. So, please take a moment and tell us about your experiences with the PLF. You can do so by posting your story on this forum, and if you have pictures, we would love if you posted them as well. We encourage everyone to celebrate with us--no story is too small, no experience too insignificant.

We also welcome any ideas you may have for the PLF:30 celebration or for the future of PLF so that we may continue to serve you well.
